Kettlebells

A high intensity cardio kettlebell class, using a combination of weight resistance and body weight. Great for fat burning and toning. All Fitness Levels catered for, good class for beginners to start.

Boxing

Purely for fitness, using boxing techniques and drills to get your heart rate going. Good fun and stress release. Please note you will not learn self defence in this class. All Fitness Levels catered for, good class for beginners to start.

30/30 TRX PUMP

Suspension Trainer using your own bodyweight for resistance, full body workout with more emphasis on the core muscles. Fast paced class that increases cardio performance and muscle endurance. All Fitness Levels catered for, good class for beginners to start.

Predominately female class targeting specific body parts to tone and body fat

Hells Bells

An advanced full body work out using dumbbells and a box. A combination of weight training exercises with cardio jumping and performing different high intensity exercises on the box. There is a reason why the word Hell is in the class name. Intermediate to Advanced fitness level

Combination of different classes in one, using a variety of equipment and running for one of the toughest workouts we do. Advanced Fitness Level required

The Warrior

Tough circuit training class, using a variety of advanced exercises and equipment. The aim is to complete the circuit within the given time, very few complete this. If you are training for Hell and Back or something similar, this is the class for you. Intermediate to Advanced fitness level
